Hot Honey Peaches
When produce is at its peak, our prerogative is to make it simple. We took our spring hot honey, aged almost 6 months, and made a syrup to preserve peak season white peaches. Super snackable, with just a little kick of heat, we’re really tempted to make the wildest peach pie out there. Would be wonderful muddled into a cocktail or some of the sweet tea kombucha, in some overnight oats, or in a homemade soda.
