Another classic going on two years of production, our Russian-brined apples are apples fermented whole with their indigenous yeasts alongside a rye sourdough starter. Instead of the traditional raisins we added in some awesome local grapes, subbed in local honey for additional sweetening, and floated a bunch of awesome warm spices for that apple pie flavor. They make for a wonderful snack on their own, but we would also suggest trying them in a morning grain bowl, blended into an fermenty applesauce, or next to a grilled pork chop.
